TEAM BUILDING 2025

Team Building is the process of turning a group of individual employees into a cohesive, cooperative unit to improve workplace performance and communication.

Percetakan Yale management organized Team Building event at Double Tree Resort-Hilton. Main objectives of the event were to Build Trust, Improve Communication and Boost Morale of our employees.

It was a fun filled event comprising of various indoor and outdoor activities. Outdoor beach side activities were especially physically challenging. However, with true team spirit all the participants were able complete the tasks given successfully. Our staffs were able to work as a team to complete the tasks given while having fun performing it.

Participants were served with delicious meals throughout the event while sharing our experience and enjoyment as a united working family.

We look forward to such events in future to further enhance the working relationship between all staffs for our mutual benefits.
